ActiveVirtue Athletics

Meet the Team.

Two paths. One standard.

The coaches, trainers, and staff who built this campus — and show up every day to make it run.

The People Behind It

Who We Are

Every coach here lives the process. They don't just program — they train, they compete, and they bring that credibility into every session.

Heston Swallow

Owner & Founder
CSCS Nutrition Coach

Heston built ActiveVirtue on a simple conviction: strength isn't vanity, it's stewardship. He trains alongside the members he coaches — competing in Classic Physique and living the same discipline he asks of everyone who walks through the door. What started as one hall in Lake Country has grown into a two-building campus because Heston refuses to move the standard. Every program, every rep, every detail is built to forge Sentinels — capable, dependable people strong enough to serve their families, their friends, and their community. He'll tell you the barbell is just the beginning. The real work is who you become when you pick it up.

Kenzie Courtier

Director of Impact
Community & Outreach

Kenzie has had a passion for fitness for as long as she can remember, but what she loves most is the people behind it. She believes fitness should be a place where everyone feels comfortable, welcomed, and confident — regardless of where they are in their journey. As Director of Impact, Kenzie focuses on creating meaningful connections, strengthening the ActiveVirtue community, and ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and like they truly belong. From a member’s first interaction with ActiveVirtue to the moments that keep them coming back, she loves being part of an experience that helps people become stronger, more confident, and more connected.

What We Stand For

Built on Standards.

Every coach here holds the line — on programming, on accountability, on the kind of environment that actually produces results.

Accountability

We hold the standard — for our members and for ourselves. No shortcuts, no filler, no wasted sessions.

Expertise

Our coaches are active athletes who live the process. Their credibility is earned on the platform, not a certificate wall.

Community

The best gym is the one with the best people. We curate the culture so that showing up here actually means something.
