I’m a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Sports Nutrition and Behavior Change, dedicated to helping women between the ages of 35 and 50 build lasting strength—both physically and mentally. As a winning competitive bodybuilder, I bring deep experience in structured training and discipline, but my passion lies in guiding women to feel confident, empowered, and strong in their own skin.
I specialize in customized strength programs that prioritize sustainability, mindset, and real-life results. With a strong focus on mental wellbeing, I support my clients beyond the gym—helping them break past self-doubt, shift their mindset, and step fully into their power.
Heston Swallow
Growing up, I was drawn to books, movies and TV shows that highlighted, and were centered around, brave men fighting against evil and insurmountable odds.
Couple this with being bullied throughout my childhood and adolesence, I found peace and solitude in the weight room at Naperville North High School.
It was in that environment did I realize that I could become like the characters I saw portrayed in the movies and shows I liked. Brave, strong and good.
I channeled my pain and struggle into the weights and now I help other young men do the same.
My life's work is to empower the young men in our community to become brave, strong and good.

I bring over a decade of experience in personal training, helping men and women of all ages look, feel, and perform at their best. My approach focuses on building strength, improving movement, and creating sustainable habits that support long-term health and longevity.
My training style blends intensity with intention. I believe in pushing hard and chasing the pump, but I prioritize proper form, joint health, and smart programming so clients can keep progressing for years to come. Whether you’re new to the gym or experienced, I meet you where you’re at with a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
I work with clients looking to build muscle, increase strength, improve overall fitness, and simply feel better day to day. My coaching is structured, motivating, and focused on consistency — because real results come from what you can stick with.
I’m also the owner of Happy Dude Supplement Co., a brand centered around performance, wellness, and mental health awareness — reflecting my commitment to helping people feel their best inside and out.
